Grandshire's self-governed Homeowners Association fosters an unique neighborhood environment, where homeowners enjoy multi-use trails through old-growth trees. This is the place where lifelong friendships with neighbors begin, where families and pets are able to take a short walk downtown to Powell's 'four corners', and find a variety of eateries, pubs and antiques to explore. The nationally recognized Columbus Zoo is in our backyard, we are located in the top-ranked Olentangy Local School District, and are serviced by the outstanding Powell Police and Liberty Township Fire Departments.
Come visit us; Grandshire is a rare gem in Central Ohio...a little bit urban, a little bit rural.
The Grandshire HOA Board Trustees are elected from a slate of residents who volunteer to serve, and work to maintain Grandshire as an attractive, desirable and safe neighborhood. Grandshire HOA dues are $275/year for subdivision maintenance costs.
